Sometimes a loan process has a few hills and valleys. This one was more like mountains and gorges. To circumnavigate everything for us, Chez had to pull out the big guns. Chez not only got me the rate I wanted but the overall cost of the loan was about 3K lower than my current bank loan mortgage was quoting me. I was told going with my current lender would be cheaper and with no problems. But my bank's Loan Officer was not willing to wait for rates to drop, and was discouraging me to think that rates would drop below 3.0% . Chez made the loan process easy, got me what I requested, and it was painless, as much as you can on a refi with all the document signing. I would recommend Chez if you are looking for a loan officer, he is knowledgeable, he explains the process, keeps you informed, and is always with a friendly response.

This is my second time conducting business with Megan. I felt very confident with her the first time I had completed a transaction with her and because of that I returned to her again to handle my refinance. Megan is very helpful and trustworthy.
